We loved this condo. The views were great with a large patio and 4 chairs so we could all be on the balcony at once. They provided beach chairs, an umbrella and all the beach toys we could ever want. We had a couple of stormy days during our trip, but they had some great moves and family games that entertained us. For us the best part was having access to the golf cart. We went all over the property and had a great time. It also gave us easy access and parking at the Baytowne Wharf. This was our first time staying in a condo and we were spoiled; it will be hard to ever go back to a hotel again. Can’t wait to come back.

Amazing place, amazing weather, amazing communication!! We already booked a trip back!!

Great location

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location and view are great and the golf cart makes getting around super easy. However, the balcony door in the master was broken and marked not to open it ( we prefer listening to the ocean while we sleep). Also our coffee maker didn’t work and we had to call 3+ times, text a picture and wait all day to get a new one. Response time was terrible.
