Great location in a beautiful setting. Fabulous pool! Well furnished. A list of do’s and dont’s posted on the refrigerator would be nice. We loaded up all our beach gear in a wagon only to be told at the gate they are not allowed. There are lots of rules for the beach as well. Cleanliness was good, except for a stained bedroom carpet and stained living room chair. Bedding was great! Plenty of towels!! Loved the bikes! We enjoyed our stay very much. Would definitely return to Serenity Now!

Parking was great, had a little difficulty finding check in as on the map it says look for “P” when it should say look for pool ! community is beautiful, close to the beautiful pool. Tram for beach access was convenient but the beach chairs and umbrellas for rent on the beach a very close together and 5 rows deep which blocks the view of the water. Size of house worked perfect for us. Porch cushions need replacing and living room chairs and first floor bedroom carpet need cleaning.

We recently stayed at this home as part of our annual girls’ trip and wanted to share balanced feedback.Location & Community: The location is excellent—an easy walk to the pool and beach, and close to shops and restaurants. The pool area is beautiful with plenty of seating. The beach is gorgeous, but Seacrest’s designated area feels too small for the size of the community and was quite crowded.The home is spacious, well laid out, and comfortably furnished. The covered top deck is a highlight. However, it needs a moderate refresh—worn kitchen cabinets, a stained rug, rusting fixtures, a broken curtain rod, and missing wall décor. The kitchen also lacked basics like storage containers and a wine opener, which impacted overall value for the price.Management Experience: This was the biggest drawback. Communication was poor and instructions were inconsistent. Check-in details were not provided as promised, and helpful recommendations were withheld until arrival. Early check-in was denied despite the home appearing ready, and we were not allowed to park onsite, forcing us to wait elsewhere. When our grocery delivery arrived early, we had to sit outside with our bags until 4 p.m. Multiple attempts to contact management went unanswered, and policies felt unnecessarily rigid.Maintenance: Reported issues were not addressed or resolved, and there was no follow-up.Overall: We enjoyed our trip and the community, but would avoid renting from this management company.

For how much this house cost the property was so over crowded. The tram waits were up to 15 minutes long. The beach was so crowded, people were packed in like sardines. One day we couldn’t even get enough room to put two chairs down and ended up driving to a public beach 10 minutes away. The house was nice but the rest of the property made the trip much less enjoyable.
