Our unit, 42 had a great kitchen. The carpet needs replacing and new beds in the guest room. Our only complaint is the garbage buildup in the stairwell. If people couldn't fit it in the garbage shute, they left it sitting in the stairwell. My suggestion is clear communication to guests that this isn't acceptable and give a solution to where they can take their garbage if it doesn't fit in the shute.

The unit was well furnished, carpet appeared to need replacing. Found cookies under the bed upon arrival, kitchen had areas that were not clean (fridge, stove).Stayed with silver dunes the past 25 years, usually things are cleaner.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is in a great location. There was plenty of room and access to the beach. There are several thing to do and restaurants in the area. My only complaint is both the inside and outside of the condo could use an update. Overall we had a great mini vacation!
