Our first VRBO was a delight. We had 3 generations of family for our stay and 9 people total. The house was perfect and we wanted for nothing. Clean and cozy comfortable beds. When we arrived we found the hot-tub wasn’t working properly and the host responded immediately and had a super nice service guy there to fix the same evening! Quiet lovely neighborhood and Disneyland drop off 8 minute drive away and fireworks visible from front porch. Definitely family friendly- multiple high chairs and strollers, pack and play, indoor and outdoor toys and seating for children Multiple washers and dryers. Landscaping immaculate. 10/10 property

Family-friendly property, well-equipped kitchen and a thorough host. We enjoyed our stay.

Everything was great! The house was clean and the kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Yan was great at communicating with use.

Overall this is an excellent property. Lots of space for families. The pool area is well secured and lots of fun for cooling off after a hot time in Disneyland. Unfortunately, the fridge did not work. The owner said a technician would fix it after we left. I think it could have been mitigated easily with either the delivery and installation of a new fridge, or delivery of a small fridge right away. We lost 200+$ of food. With two young kids who needed milk, this was an issue. If this gets fixed, this is an great spot.
