Was beyond impressed with the cleanliness of house. Neil answered all questions quickly. Perfect location for ease of URI graduation.

Great location and overall property. Great location to get to all the nice beaches in Narragansett. Looking forward to returning next year!

On the positive side, location was good, beds comfortable, and the back deck was great! However, we arrived to find none of the beds had been made, something we had never encountered in the 15 years we’ve been renting VRBO’s. We were also missing pillowcases and only had two dinner plates. ( The cleaner was called and came over with the missing items.) There was no “ welcome book” with instructions of what to do with the trash, etc and no recommendations of what to do and where to eat in the area, something every other rental has included. Finally, the lawn badly needed mowing. All in all we enjoyed our long weekend but wouldn’t return to this property.
