The hotel is lovely and the staff were excellent, friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The family suite is spacious and great for children.

The suite could have been cleaned much better, especially as we were travelling with a 9-month-old crawling baby. The floor wasn't as clean as I'd expect from a 5-star hotel, and the sofa hadn't been vacuumed before we arrived. The walls are very thin, so noise from neighbouring rooms comes through as if it were in your own room, which wasn't ideal at night when other guests were out late. Breakfast was the biggest disappointment: the choice was very limited and not up to 5-star standard, and it needs a rethink.
