XO Hotel Paris

Hotel room was a mirror image of the booking photos. I really liked the aesthetics. Bed was comfy and large. Lovely hotel would defo recommend.

Parts of the room were visible worn (could of done with a touch of paint). Tea bags were not topped up. Would have been better if it was a smart TV in the room.

Breakfast was nice and had enough variety. Staff very helpful.

Beautiful, well-maintained rooms. Water waiting upon arrival and well-stocked mini-refrigerator. Soft towels. Comfortable beds. Quiet corridors.

The rooms, the value for the money, the location.

One or two staffs there weren't friendly and always had a straight face on. There was this lady we met on our last day who was so so pleasant and helpful, helped us to book a cab to the airport super pleasant. I left my items with one of the staff to out in the fridge which was a souvenir I bought from Italy, I came back two days later and it was thrown away. I thought it would have been so kind of whoever chucked it to at least email me, or contact me prior to doing so. I've stayed in couple of boutique hotels that has treated me like family in Paris so this was a shock.
