This hotel does not have particular luxuries but is a good and straightforward accomodation in a good location, with helpful staff, and a very good breakfast. We had the impression it is managed for good value-for-money, which is a refreshing contrast to many other hotels.
Some things did not work, e.g. the soft drink machine in the lobby did not work for the entire 3 days we were there, and one of the two showerheads was loose.

Great location. Comfy bed and very quiet.
Breakfast was poor in terms of choice, very little on offer. Definitely wouldn't pay the €14 if not included in your offer. Room was fairly dark and shower, sink and bed all in one room. OK for one.

It was a good price in a good neighbourhood and the room size was ideal for me. There was good communication from the hotel about check in etc but it was mostly via the booking.com website which I hadn’t anticipated.
There was no sound proofing - so clear I could hear the neighbouring room open up a packet of crisps. Also my room must have been near a kitchen as I woke up to the room smelling of fried bacon.
