I liked it that I could go walking to the center and at the same time is not far from the station on the tranvia. The lady at reception was nice. All you need around, transport just right at the corner. Quiet room and nice matress.
The breakfast could have been included given the price. Also the wifi was super unstable, at least in my room.

Great hotel located only a 20 minute walk from the Hbf. It's also at the end of the main pedestrian walk through Heidelberg, which is so convenient!
On a quiet street so sleeping was easy. No AC but a fan was provided and worked out just fine.
The rooms are clean and updated.
The gentleman and lady at the front desk were very friendly and I enjoyed my stay immensely!

Amazing stay and Heinz who greeted
me at the desk was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast lady was so nice too. I loved the location and how close it was to everything and a super clean hotel. I will definitely be back :)

Great value and quality, extremely satisfied for the venues location as well. Friendly staff. Beautiful lobby. I thought quietness would be an issue but I slept a dream
I got electrically shocked from the socket as there was a nail sticky out of it.
