The Hotel is very clean. Facilities are good
Location. The hotel it is near the T. It should have specified it is near the bus station of one route and not near the underground. This made transportation to any point a burden. Almost all items of breakfast is high in sugar. It should include things like plain croissants and not just muffins and danish. Plain yogurt and not just fruity high in sugar ones

Nice room. Spacious. Good shower. Quiet. Comfy bed. Good tv. Breakfast was adequate. Sometimes they had almond milk sometimes they didn’t. When I asked they said , “ what we have out there is what we have”.
Hard to control temperature in the room both times I stayed there. Horrible view of parking garage and some kind of air vents

Location
Staff aren’t super friendly, often not at the front desk and favours different guests. We tried requesting late checkout till 1pm and were refused. Our friends were offered 2pm and 3pm checkouts. This is all for rowers from the same school but different bookings. We all paid about the same with Hilton Honors. Will not be staying next year.
