Residence Inn by Marriott Boston Watertown

We are from Texas and were in the Boston area to take our son to college. Your hotel and its staff was truly top notch for us In a time of having to send our child off so far from home. The stay there was very convenient and near all the things needed for a long stay. Housekeeping was great and thanks for the extra bottles of lotion 😊 Grace at the front desk was simply wonderful with her pleasant smile and kindness dealing with people as quirky as I know we are. Also I didn't get his name but I wanted to give a shout out the gentleman with dreads who was working on the flower pots out front on the day we were leaving. He was kind enough to stop what he was doing to call someone to get an answer for me 😊 We will be back many times while our son attends school there and will be returning to this hotel. Thanks for a pleasant stay ....

This Residence Inn and Suites is beautiful. Very clean and well maintained. The staff was just a lovely. Located in a great location and easy to get to other places.

It is a great location, this is the second time I have stayed here. I also find Watertown to be a very convenient place to stay, I had a guest with me who has a harder time getting around, so its nice and low key. We managed to find the bus stop and grocery shopping. Of course we ate at the Joyful Garden and it was very good Chinese. I wish that the hotel housekeeping would leave two packets of dishwasher detergent. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay and I hope to return.

Very good breakfast, not bad gym.
