Villa Calipso

We spent 2 nights in Mondello, Villa Calipso met our needs and then some. The room was surprisingly spacious, the bathroom, especially the shower head and towel warmer, were much appreciated, the complimentary breakfast was appetizing as was the service. Best of all, the location to the beach was one block away. We spent time in the private section of the beach, towels and wristbands were provided, and walked both days along the beach front walkway. Cozy town, lots of dining options, fun vibe.

Service was extremely accommodating, no suggestions at all!

Ich war das 2. Mal hier, das Zimmer war dieses Mal echt toll, mit Balkon und Meerblick. Das liebevolle Frühstück jeden Morgen entsprach meinen Erwartungen, die Zimmer wurden jeden Tag gereinigt und der Strand ist auch nicht weit weg. In der Nähe auch ein toller Supermarkt und Restaurants. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, ist fast wie nach Hause kommen.

Location is great. Room was adequate but significantly overpriced.

No staff on premises so remote check in. Very noisy road. Woken numerous times by loud music from cars. Air conditioning was old and noisy. they do not have a private beach area which was listed on villacalipso.com-hotel.com. Apparently had one in the past…
