Brilliant staff, fantastically dog friendly, large clean room and large comfortable bed. Very clean overall.

Great location and lovely friendly staff - Kyle, Pam and Alan all very welcoming and helpful. Nothing too much trouble! We will return
Enjoyed it all - decor could be updated but not a big deal.

Great location close to the sea and only a short walk to Boscombe O2, exceptionally welcoming and helpful staff, good sized rooms, super comfortable beds, plenty of parking.
Breakfast isn’t provided, but some excellent cafes are only a few minutes walk away.

The staff were amazing! Loved how they gave recommendations and took the time to care for their guests, just like it used to be. Fantastic location and great for parking.
Rough around the edges and in need of a little TLC. Very hot in the upstairs rooms and fan wasn’t enough to cool the room. Recommend using a better plug in cooling system.
