Place was great!

Best condo ever

Having the convenience of the 2nd floor, being beachfront, and being within walking distance to Pier Park. This condo couldn't be beat. This unit was clean and stocked with all the essentials we needed to make it through the week. We will definitely be back!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: too many issues with this unit this time. Brokeen curtain rod should have been handled before we got the unit. Guys came to temp fix and then keep wanting to comes back and were supposed to that Monday and we stayed in but they did not so after that I said fix after we check out. The dryer quit working. The TV system not hooked up right at all. had to call our son to walk us thru that. Then we were asked twice to show the unit while we were in it because for sale. We were given some hard luck story about a realtor from Atlant that was only there that day. Too bad, I am on vacation people. Show the unit on Saturdays between check ins or something. The bgathroom set up in this end unit very very bizarre. The toilet is behind the door and pain the butt. Not enough dishes. I will stay at Aqua again because we like it but not in this unit EVER nor would I recommend this unit unless it got some serious attention.
