Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The stay was great, you could not ask for a better view of Panama than what you have in this room! The location is very convenient to any shop you want, to the Walmart, convenient to the pier, overall anything you want to do here you can walk right to it! The Cons= It appears that the housekeepers did not clean the property very well before we arrived... They really needed to sweep and mop the floors before we arrived, but it was definitely nothing to complain about. The size of the the extra room (with the bunk) is very small - - There is literally no room in the except to only sleep. You can't stand comfortably in there between the bed and the door. Other that that, there was no complaints! Great room! Great Service! Great Pool! Great Overall stay!

The beach and attractions close by are also fantastic as you are walking distance to pier park. Would 100% recommend. This was our second stay and we'll be back next year.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall a great experience. BUT the floors were definitely not clean, my feet were black on the bottom as soon as we arrived to the unit and began walking around. You could also feel the dirt and grittiness (sand) on feet- it was like the unit wasn't vacuumed or mopped at all prior to our arrival. Overall a good experience, beautiful views, and we would come back in the future!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed with Aqua for 8 years. Love the location. Wish there was an outside hot tube and the beach access needs to be made a full ramp. The unit 1908 was nice but the washer and dryer both need replaced.
