Clean and nice

Breakfast wasn’t that good.

Excellent breakfast selection, very good beds, pool was clean and comfortable.

No hot tub.

This is probably our 5th stay at this property. It has always been a go to when coming to Nashville. The location is great and I do like the rooms.

Like I said before this is probably our 5th stay, but this was the first time that we have ever had to pay to park at this location. That is a $14.00 dollar parking to park right out side my window at the hotel.

The room was clean and the front counter staff were nice.

We were told the shuttle runs every 30 minutes. To avoid returning our rental car early on the morning of our flight, we arranged with the front desk to drop the car off at the airport the day before and have the shuttle bring us back to the hotel. Instead, we waited more than an hour, breathing in car and bus fumes, and called the hotel three separate times to ask where the shuttle was. During that time, we watched shuttles from many other hotels come and go at least three times each, so traffic doesn't explain the delay. Because of this experience alone, we will probably go back to the Holiday Inn Express, where we have always had great stays.
