It was fun and clean

The parking was terrible to have to pay 3$ and I’m pregnant

We liked that the hostess placed us closer to the lobby. We had a great view of the pool.

The entire room was not thoroughly clean (especially the toilet). We had to contact maintenance and housekeeping to assist on our first night.

The room location with the sliding door to go outdoors. The meeting room was comfortable and convenient to the rooms and large restrooms to support meeting breaks. The food in the restaurant was delicious. The shuttle to and from the airport was wonderful and appreciated. It would be nice to have a shuttle also go to the downtown area. It cost us $$$ in Uber/Lyft charges every day we went to town.

One of the front desk staff members (young black woman) spoke so softly I had to ask her repeatedly to speak louder, which she didn't. I also encountered her when call to the front desk from the room. She has NO personality and should not be in a public-facing position. The handheld of the phone in room 29 does not work, neither does the reading lamp closest to the sliding door. The "business center" located in Starbucks is a joke. A business person needs a quiet location, with chairs at normal height (not standing at a narrow counter). There was no room to put other work-related items. This should absolutely be in a separate room/location in the hotel! It would be nice to have a shuttle also go to the downtown area. It cost us $$$ in Uber/Lyft charges every day we went to town.

The staff was friendly upon check in and check out.

For the price paid, I didn’t feel the hotel was good value. The property feels quite dated and shows its age in several areas, which impacts the overall comfort of the stay. It was also quite noisy at night, which made it difficult to sleep. The general atmosphere didn’t feel as refined as expected for the rate charged. I also had some concerns around security, particularly as the elevator does not require a room key to access guest floors. Overall, it didn’t meet expectations in terms of comfort, noise levels, and perceived safety relative to the price.
