Great ocean view.

Absolutely beautiful view, nice fully stocked, large condo and a very secure area for sure! Good communication from the office. We would stay here again and hope next time we can use the middle bedroom TV to watch something more than Netflix and to be able to have the ironing board in one piece for proper use. A suggestion I would like to make is changing the rentals, pool and beach gates to door locks with codes for entry instead of keys.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our third time renting this unit, which speaks for itself. It is a wonderful rental, spacious, comfortable, and that top floor view is outstanding! The kitchen is well-equipped, and we cooked a couple of gourmet meals here with everything we needed! Both beds are very comfortable. The Solana Beach area has everything: great food options, a nice shopping district, easy access to all of San Diego County, with a quiet atmosphere without the traffic, hustle and bustle of other nearby communities. Pool and hot tub are immaculate, Stubbs is fantastic to work with, and we recommend both this unit and Stubbs!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location, spaciousness, household supplies, linens, storage amount, and beds were all fabulous!Fireplace non-functional two years in a row, insufficient lighting in living room, ineffient heating system, non-insulated glass doors and windows with lots of drafts, lack of sealing at doors leading to drafts, all very poorStubbs responsive, but HOA doesn’t oversee issues.Price of rental seems high when you are living with the above issues, though the location makes it an overall wonderful experience. However, we won’t be returning to this unit due to issues stated.
