We took our grandkids to Nashville for July 4. Property is located within walking distance to Broadway and all the restaurants, museums, clubs, and shops. Easy pick-up by Uber, too. Temperatures were sweltering, so we spent more time indoors than we planned. Rooftop deck is great, but no shade. Very nice at night.Unit was well-equipped with kitchen tools, linens, seating and TVs. Bathrooms are spacious and clean.There were 10 in our party, with plenty of room and privacy for everyone.I highly recommend this short term rental.

Lots of room for our family of 7. We enjoyed the great rooftop area, including use of the hot tub and the fire pit. The location was decent; close to shopping, restaurants and bars; although I wouldn't say it's in walking distance of these areas unless you want to take a walk. Neighborhood felt safe to us. The house definitely needs a good cleaning; it wasn't unsanitary or anything dramatic, and the kitchen had been well cleaned, but you can tell that someone is checking out and you are checking in just a few hours later, so it is getting a quick wipe down and not much else. Also, the outdoor trash bin was filled to the top when we arrived and was never emptied during our stay, so we had to just pile the trash up. Not the owner's fault, I imagine trash day just hadn't fallen in our window, but something they may want to look into if they are turning the place over quickly and there is only one bin. Overall, we enjoyed the stay and would recommend the location.

Overall it was a good place to stay out but can definitely use some deep cleaning and an update. Not happy with the wifi service, it kept going in and out
