great location, nice gathering room/kitchen. We really enjoyed our stay

This was a great spot for our group of 8 visiting Nashville. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms for everyone and the home had pretty much everything we needed. Great location within walking distance to downtown. We walked it once, but came during a heatwave so Ubered the rest of the trip. Ubers from the home to downtown are only about 5-7. Beware, a cab tried to charge us 50 for the same ride…stick with Ubers. Rooftop deck is a fun feature, although because of the extreme heat during our visit, we didn’t get to enjoy it like we’d hoped. Hosts were super responsive and friendly to all my texts/questions. My rating loses one star due to cleanliness. Mainly, the floors. Bathroom floors were most noticeable with small hairs on the floor around the toilet and in the corners. Could have just been accidentally missed by the cleaner, but that would be my only complaint. Property needs a little cosmetic TLC. It’s obvious it is a popular rental and has been well loved. Overall we had an excellent experience and would rent this home again!

Great location with plenty of room

We arrived to a 7’ carboard box in the entry way and a broom in the kitchen. The house was not at all well stocked. We were a group of 7. There were 2 wine glasses, 3 water glasses and 5 coffee mugs. Property people eventually brought over additionals but this isn’t now you want to spend your time on vacation. They were all new things that we had to wash. There is a hot tub but each guest was awarded exactly 1 towel for the stay. There was 1 kitchen dish towel and 1 dish rag. We had to move the propane tank to the fire pit from the BBQ because there was only one with gas. The thermostat had a code to lock it. No one I communicated with knew the code. A technician came over and he didn’t know it either. He ended up taking the whole thermostat off and changing it out for the one from next door. Overall, this lowered the value of the stay for us.
