Was impressed with bedroom accommodations. Three king-size beds and four queen size beds fit 10 of us perfectly fabulous Fourth of July vacation.Everything was in perfect, working order and updated. The perfect accommodations for a great family vacation

We've stayed at a few different rentals in Lake Havasu over the years, and this property genuinely stands out. The home is immaculate and the layout is exactly what you want for a group trip. Everything flows well, nothing feels cramped, and it's clear the owners take real pride in the place. The pool, hot tub, and fire pit setup is exactly what you picture when you're planning a Lake Havasu trip. Plenty of space to relax without feeling like you're on top of each other.A couple things that pushed this from "great stay" to "definitely rebooking" for us: first, they actually let you use the garage. If you're coming out with a boat, that's a big deal. Most places don't allow it, so this was a genuine differentiator. Second: the ice maker. Having a steady supply of ice on a Lake Havasu trip is legitimately a game changer.Location is convenient, the home checks every box, and the hosts are friendly and clearly know what they're doing. We'll be back.

This is a very nice place. Would highly recommend.

The house is beautiful. Enjoyed our stay overall. Check in was easy, check out was not so easy. Lesson learned to document every minor flaw and report it right away.
