We would rate this unit 10/10. The location of this property is perfect. It is very close to the beach, boardwalk, food and shopping. The unit was immaculate and was as the pictures represented. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of bath and beach towels for all 8 of us. The communication from the owner was clear and concise and she responded very quickly to any questions we had. Having bikes, beach chairs and beach umbrellas come with this rental is a game changer. We would definitely stay here again.

Short walk to the beach,

The garage was nice, large and spacious and could hold our yukon and pretty big very difficult to get into with a larger vehicle. The neighbor behind parks their car behind their house so getting in is hard. Also the parking on the street was horrendous no one moved their cars. The neighbor parks their three cars on the street and never moves them. When we found a spot we couldn't leave it because there was no place to park. This street seemed to have a lot of people that lived there all of the time. If you are planning on taking your car anywhere be prepared to walk a long ways to find parking. We normally leave and go visit places and could usually find a spot and we have stayed at many places in newport.

The property was clean, comfy, and close to the beach.
