The location is great, just a short one block walk to the beaches and Boardwalk. Close to restaurants and shopping too. You feel more like a local than a guest because of the area being just enough away from the hotels. Room was very clean and had all the basics necessary. Updated bath, fixtures, and simple yet nicely decorated. As a fellow VRBO Owner, I appreciate the attention to maintenance and upkeep.

Second time staying here and the place is very clean and comfortable. Close to lots of great restaurants and shopping. So close to the beach and love that there were chairs available to take to the beach. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Great little place to stay for a couple of nights to kick off our vacation and just a short walk to the beach.

Host was not very responsive but the room was clean and the property is very walkable to the beach. I wished the shower had something to hold our soap and shampoo instead of having to to reach through the shower door to get them from the window ledge. Area is safe and parking is adequate.
