The lady that checked me is was very nice. I like that they have electronic access to the room instead of a key. I also really liked that they had a foam mattress topper and comfortable pillows.
There were cats walking around and sleeping on-site.

Our stay was the best the room was beautifully furnished very clean. It was great having an icemaker in the refrigerator and the amenities was appreciated.
There was nothing to dislike. We loved everything about it.

Lots of potential, clearly the maintenance and cleaning staff do a wonderful job
The GIANT service fee that was not included in the booking fee, many of the amenities fell short, the “heated” pool was colder than the ocean, the breakfast was public school cafeteria quality, and as for the private beach it was nice enough but another guest stole a pair of shoes from our towels, not the hotels fault but apparently no cameras face the entrance to the private beach or the front desk attendant couldn’t be bothered to review who may have walked off with the shoes
