Quiet area and walkable distance to great stores and restaurants

I liked the treatment at the front desk. Very welcoming and kind. Beautiful clean lobby and room. Location, the comfortable beds, and they have a bar.

3 things....The shower had to be rinsed off cause there was hair on the floor, and I hate long hair. The bar was not open at 11 am to have a mimosa or bloody Mary, and the final one, which is not the hotels fault, was that there were kids running up and down in the room above us, which kept us up all morning. Perhaps advice family with kids not to have them running around in the room for respect to other guests or simply put them on the first floor. Other than that, all was good! I would stay here again, but the bar should be open in the late morning though.

It was clean and well maintained.

It backs up to a highway and is noisy. There are several homeless people surrounding the property. One lunatic came on the parking lot and threatened to behead my wife.

Found some hairs in the bathroom when we first got there. It obviously wasnt cleaned very well from previous occupant. Also the headboard on one of the beds had something on it dripping down so that hadn't been cleaned either. The worst part was the noise coming from the freeway, all night all you hear are the cars flying by. Would have expected the windows to cancel out some of that noise being that its right off the freeway. My bf went down in the night to talk to staff about the noise and they apologized and said no rooms away from the freeway were available, he was told a manager would give us a call the next day about and never did anyone call.
