From where to start?! The room was spotless. The stuff was amazing. With the bare English, they were trying to help us to the maximum. Location is excellent too, as it is situated in a very lively local area.
Room could be a bit bigger.

It was my third time staying at Toyoko Inn, the first time at this location. It's located super close to the station, features really comfortable suites (and I'm happy they still have smoking rooms). Breakfast is simple but every item is delicious and coffee is available 24/7 at no charge (it's also super delicious). The staff, the facilities, the amenities, the room and the locations were all great.
There are only 3 washing machines and 2 dryers available for guests, which is quite limited when you consider the number of rooms. Apart from that, there's nothing bad I can say about my experience.

The location, very close to the airport bus stop and easy to access restaurants and shopping centers.
It’s not easy to make a booking nowadays because the hotel becomes so popular.

Price is fair, good breakfast, kind staff, close to Akabane JR station and Akabane iwabuchi subway station
Very noisy because of a feeling of « wind » coming from the window vent. Also, even at the 13th floor, we can hear the car and trains. And during the last few days, noisy constructions noises in front of the hotel… A bit disappointed in total…
