The food was plenty full lots of choice and good quality
What was included in the price of the buffet? I got a drink of Coke and was abruptly told it wasn’t on my package half board breakfast and evening meal she took it off me and poured it away. The member of staff quite abruptly that is my only complaint.

Fabulous pools, entertainment was good, breakfast good variety
I was in the room block furthest away-this was unfortunate but otherwise all good

Food was good, not massive variety but enough to have different options every day. Staff were nice and polite. Plenty of pools to choose from. Clean rooms with plenty of space. Short walk to the sea front with plenty of bars and a good beach. Easy and frequent bus service to the airport or into Palma.
Air conditioning could be better, struggled to sleep in the extreme heat. Not much night entertainment but I think we were early season as they were still repainting the outside stage. Only the bar at the top pool was open so had to walk up the hill to get anything to drink or eat when by the pool.

Clean rooms. Fairly modern.
Things in room needed fixing, clearly not been looked at, shower head wouldn’t stay up. Light dangling from the wall. Broken wardrobe door
Was put in a roll behind the lift and could hear it every single time it was used
