Good location and very clean.
There was a bad drain smell in the bathroom which did go away when the shower was run but not good until we did that.

Really well located by the seafront. It was super comfortable, clean, easy to check in. Will absolutely be staying here again! Nicer than a lot of the Brighton hotels.

Close to the beach. Clean. Coffee offered.
A very small room for 2 persons we could barely move. The bathroom is very very small. Very noisy pub in the street so you can't sleep without earplugs (which are at your disposal). I was expecting to be able to eat there but it was too small so we ate outside.
