We had a great stay and it was very clean and well kept. Location was amazing and close to the beach and Coligny Plaza.

We had another wonderful stay at this Hilton Head condo over spring break! The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach and so convenient to Coligny Plaza with all the great shops and restaurants nearby. We also really appreciated having access to the Seacrest pools, which our family enjoyed throughout the week.The condo itself was very clean, well-appointed, and stocked with all the amenities we needed to feel comfortable during our stay. This was our 8th year visiting Hilton Head Island and our 2nd year staying in this condo, which says a lot about how much we enjoy it.We would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient Hilton Head getaway!

We especially enjoyed the outside balcony space. The furniture was clean and comfortable and we enjoyed dining al fresco and listening to the music from Coligny Center in the late afternoon and early evening.

The condo needs a good cleaning. Don’t expect beach towels or frying pans that don’t have the Teflon scraped off. Overall, I like North Shore Pl., but this wouldn’t be my choice of a unit to rent.
