Our family of 13 (9 adults & 4 young children) stayed here for a family reunion &, overall, we loved our stay. The cabin was beautiful, spacious, & well-equipped with everything we needed for cooking meals. We loved the patios, theater room, & hot tub. Beautiful lake views & wildlife made the setting unforgettable. We also appreciated that management was responsive before & during our stay, providing a Pack 'n Play & baby gates for our toddlers. Unfortunately, our stay started with significant cleaning issues. Despite a large cleaning fee, we arrived to unemptied trash, used cotton balls & Q-tips left out, poop & pee in the toilets, hair in multiple beds, we wiped kitchen countertops with disinfecting wipes to start dinner & they came away black, & floors that turned our bare feet black walking across the room—even though the home asks guests to remove their shoes. Management sent someone that evening, which we appreciated, & provided fresh bedding & light cleaning, but our family still spent hours washing the children's bedding so they could get to bed, disinfecting surfaces, & re-cleaning before we could settle in, delaying dinner & bedtime for everyone. Dirty floors were mentioned in other reviews, so this may not have been an isolated incident. The area rugs could also benefit from more frequent deep cleaning, as they had a noticeable foot odor. The cabin itself is fantastic, but given the condition on arrival, I believe the full cleaning fee should have been refunded.

Property home and area was so beautiful from every room in the enormous home! The access to the 2 large patios was so welcoming and relaxing. This property was great for separating families with children from the main floor. Plenty of kitchen space and dining space for family of 12. Location was away from town so was very peaceful and secluded for relaxing. We all loved it!!

Gorgeous property, easily accessible, close to Purgatory resort, plenty of space and tables and chairs for large groups multiple families! Beautiful view off the incredible back patios both lower and balcony, loved sitting in hot tub on balcony and watch the children play in the snow! Owner has sleds and shovels in garage to use for snow play, along with a ping pong table and foosball table and media room for kids! Everyone wants to come back next year, thank you to the owners for having our family and friends!
