Lee was helpful and responsive to all issues and inquiries. We loved the house. It is convenient to the beach and other amenities. It was my 9th trip to Captiva. The pool was a favorite for the kids. Supplies supplied by owner were beyond ample for the week for the 10 of us. We had some power blips that made the pool controls go into error, but Lee was able to remedy the issue remotely. The only improvement we might suggest would be some updated cookware, especially non stick cookware for eggs and pancakes. A few things in the home were not working, ie: fireplace, fan/light control in living room, exhaust fan master toilet area, noisy ceiling fan in 2nd primary. That said, we DID NOT contact Lee about this as it wasn't a make or break deal. I hope the Captiva continues to recover. We would certainly stay at this property again! Beautiful home.

Captiva Attitudes worked out perfectly for our family. Perfectly situated between the beach and restaurants, it really has everything you’d need. The house is beautiful, and the check in, check out and communication process with the property manager, Lee, could not have been easier. We would absolutely come back. It was a wonderful stay.

The house was great, clean and well stocked. The hosts were over the top helpful and communicative. Before , during and after our stay. would recommend dealing with Lee and Bonnie to anyone interested in visiting Captiva.
