Location, location location was amazing. We were walking distance to shops and restaurants even though we rented a golf cart (probably not needed). The end of say Sunsets on the beach was fantastic. Our host Jill was very communicative & our party of 11 enjoyed the stay!

Pool was dirty and never used it. Lots of sand and bugs floating. Disappointing, came out the day we left but seemed all he checked was the chemical levels. Loud and disturbing noises from ceiling top floor master suite, airduct system? Pls retire the threadbare beach towels! Outlets were a guessing game. Had to unplug lamps because the outlet above it didn’t work. The vinyls were a nice touch and the variety of games as well , we enjoyed both! House interior was very pretty and well designed.

We had a group of 10. The property is clean and well maintained. Beds were comfortable. Location was perfect, right down the street from the beach access, restaurants within walking distances. The host was responsive with questions. A great time was had by all of us and we talked about booking this location again.

We had an excellent stay (4 adults and 2 teens). The pool was great and garage was stocked with plenty of beach supplies. The living room and dining room had comfortable seating for all. Board games, books for the beach and added special feature … a record player! Thanks for another memorable Captiva vacation.
