B&B HOTEL Basel

I had a great stay at Basel Hotel. The hotel was modern, exceptionally clean, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Everything went smoothly, and I honestly have no drawbacks to mention. I would happily stay here again.

breakfast was fantastic , bed was comfy , very clean , good shower , friendly staff

my aircon didnt work but had a bright light coming off it all night . the staff were great and gave me a fan .

Breakfast was medium. The location was very good for my purpose of being in Basel (Dr. Joe Dispenza event)

The room dimension: so small, an uncomfortable chair.

The room was small. The two beds, which were supposed to be separate, were pushed together as one bed. The price was far too high for what the hotel offers. They even charge for coffee from the coffee machine. There was no fridge in the room and no proper space to store clothes. It was also very noisy because the road is right outside the window. However, once the window is closed, it blocks out most of the noise quite well. Sleeping with the window open is almost impossible. Another issue is the window itself. It is huge, and when opened, it takes up almost half of the room and extends over the bed, making it impossible to sleep with the window open. Overall, this hotel is far too expensive for what it offers.
