The house is lovely and the sound of the creek was relaxing and made it feel very private. We reached out to the host shortly after arriving to report an issue and she was responsive and took care of it right away, which we appreciated. Great location within walking distance of Jack Sprat, The Bake Shop, and La Bodega.

Our visit to Girdwood was great! We enjoyed the location of the duplex for trips to Anchorage, Whittier, Coopers Landing as well as a 4-hr. drive to Denali. The living space was very comfortable for our family of four. We especially loved the hottub and the sound of the creek outside! It was well-equipped with all necessities in bedrooms, kitchen and bath. My only concern was the lack of drapery in the shower room. We would definitely rent again!

My friends and I had a great time on our trip. We enjoyed being able to walk to the lifts each day and getting in the hot tub after a long day of skiing. A second bathroom would have been nice, but other than that we had plenty of room to stretch out.

My friend and I stayed here for 4 nights to ski and heli ski in Alaska. The location is perfect to access Alyeska resort, local restaurants, and trails. The home is clean and well labeled and stocked with towels and essentials. The hot tub and sauna were perfect after a day outdoors. Communication with Makiko was smooth and seamless.
