100% sprawdzonych opinii7 / 10Dobry·paź 2026
The check in staff were very friendly and the location is great - not far from Cuba Street. It was also clean, warm and mostly quiet (although some music was loud on Saturday night )
The room felt a bit small and stuffy and mattress is too soft

The suite was well equipped and comfortable.
Staff friendly and helpful, especially the night manager on Friday 9 October who helped resolve access issues. Well located within reasonable walking distance of the harbour.
Nothing

Everything. Staff were great. Tino at the front desk was very helpful, kind & thoughtful. Close to restaurants, shops etc. Room had everything we needed - huge, clean & comfy. Will come again.
Everything was to our liking, thank you.

Location and the room size were great good cooking facilities and a dishwasher that was handy.
Shower drain was blocked and caused a bit of a flood onto the bathroom floor. Had to unclog the hair from the drain from the previous guests. Dust and dirt on the corners of the bathroom that looked like it hadn’t been touched in ages.
