Stayed for 2 nights with my husband, we were in the Littlebeck room on the ground floor. Very clean, the bed was really comfy. Room was serviced every day, tea/coffee/hot chocolate sachets, kettle & coffee maker & cookies. Breakfast was fantastic, lots to choose from, set us up for the day. Plenty of parking at the side of the property, about 10mins walk into town
We had fab weather aswell, which was an added bonus.
Laura & Grieg are great hosts, nothing was too much trouble. Always had time for a chat & made sure everything was ok. We'll defo be back again

Unusual unexpected to be delivered in hamper. Not the quality expected.
Breakfast buns poor quality and rubber toast.
Had to use tea making facilities of the bedroom. Not a hotel standard or expectation on booking. ie reception and registration. Hosts not at home on arrival. Entry instructions sent by text when telephones.
Overall this was not an unpleasant stay but it was not what we booked and is misleading so you need to know.
