Nice location with a large clean room and a very comfortable bed.
It does not really feel like a holiday property, more like a bedsit rental.

The house was centrally placed in Whitby and near to everything we required. The rooms were spacious with a lovely en-suite bathroom plus the bed was very comfortable and huge too! There were two comfy chairs to relax in as well. The car parking on site was a bonus and the owner was very helpful and obliging too. We’d definitely stay here again!
There was nothing that we didn’t like about the property.

Bed was large, and the room was spotless including the bathroom. The armchairs in the room were also very comfortable. The host was very relaxed and welcoming. The location was a short walk from the old city area. The house was very quiet with very little noise from neighbouring rooms or cleaners. The bay parking behind the house was very useful as the road leading up was a narrow single lane up a hill.
The area surrounding the building smelt strongly of weed and as a result when you ran the bathroom fan the smell would leak in, though there is a switch to turn the fan off and avoid it. The room has old school window shutters which whilst complement the look of the room let in a lot of light in the morning.
