We will be back for sure. Place was everything we could have asked for. Dock was right across the street for our boat. Close to everything you could possibly want or need in Marathon.

The place was beautiful just a heads up for the ppl visiting in June and July there is a lot of seaweed on the beach couldn’t get in the water cause it was so thick. The smell was awful smelled like a septic tank was overflowing. Everything else was really nice tho.

This is a great find and was clean, easy to find, quiet, and perfect for us (3 of us). Clean, well equipped and nicely appointed decorations, furniture and very comfortable beds. Tennis court, basketball court, pool, etc always available. Staff very professional and have thought of everything for guests comfort. Two of the three of us came from the UK and they said this was "perfect" and were so pleased with everything. I'm hoping the property is available next time they come for a visit and we come to the Keys as we will definitely stay there again.

Room was fine. I wished the website told about the over abundance of seaweed and the horrible smell this time of year We would have picked somewhere else, possibly even a different state.
