Great vacation spot. Condo lived up to our high expectations. Communications with the owner and cleaning staff were seamless. Place has been recently updated with all new everything! Nit-pick item…couldn’t get the matress in Bedroom #2 to “work”. We believe it was adjustable for firmness, but it didn’t appear to be working. We’ve stayed at many condos at Sea Colony over the years. This one moves to the top of our list!

The hosts are lovely and the unit is fantastic. Truly gorgeous, with a breathtaking view. We’ve stayed twice and are always sad to leave. 10/10!

What a beautiful condo! We loved everything about our vacation and this updated, beautiful, very well stocked condo with the best views ever made it an over the top awesome getaway. All needed information was provided well in advance, the unit had all the necessities plus so much more in the kitchen, the beds were super comfy and the bathrooms were clean, updated nicely and felt like you were at a spa. Very much appreciate the extra games and beach items. The best part was the beautiful view and the patio to soak it all up. We can’t wait to come back already!

This recently renovated apartment had a wonderful fully appointed kitchen with all new appliances and almost every item desired. The apartment was tastefully decorated, the beds and furniture really comfortable, and had lots of storage space. The view was spectacular (although other lesser properties we've rented in Edgewater always had that) which made the rainy days we had almost enjoyable. The center of town is less than a mile away and an easy walk. The owner quickly answered both my emails and phone calls and was very helpful.
