Enjoyed our week with family in this wonderful beach house. Especially liked the primary bedroom, bath & porch. Also, the kitchen was very nice & well equipped. We enjoyed eating most meals on the screened porch. The beach was not crowded at all and had so many sea shells. Would love to stay at Dolphin Lookout again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful home!pros- Loved the pool, hot tub and screened in porches. Kitchen is well stocked and house was clean and beds were overall comfortable. Cons- construction 3 homes down (so noisy a few mornings),you are beach front but it's not a private beach and you are right down from a public entrance (so may have trucks drive in and set up right in front of you). Not a big deal- just didn't expect it. Grill needs maintenance and pool needs a deep clean.Great week! Would definitely rent again.

Such a great beachfront house! The master suite on the top level was spacious and the deck hot tub access made it even better! This was our first trip to Cape San Blas and we were so impressed with the peacefulness of the area, the water color on the north side beaches, and the cute downtown Port St. Joe! Our pups felt right at home and loved walks on the beach. Would highly recommend this beach house and area!!
