The property was fantastic!Things that we wanted to note:- Pool was heated and super nice- Hose and neighborhood was upscale and quiet- Property had plenty of beach chairs- Golf cart to run back and forth- Easy beach access- Beach felt like it was our own, private beach- Home had both types of coffee makersOur only negative feedback was we felt that some info was not disclosed to push us into the Vaykay rental program. Although we were provided a credit, we ended up having to pay for delivery of chairs that were already included in property. I had also asked if the pool was heated (it definitely is) and the management company said it wasn’t. Also perhaps list that both codes makers were available, so folks know what type of coffee to bring ( K-cups, filters, etc.).Thanks so much for having us!

House and neighborhood was very clean. Enjoyed every minute of our stay.

The property was nice, but not cleaned very well. There was popcorn on the kitchen floor, dirty feet stains on the walls by the bunk beds, and a dirty sock on the couch upon arrival. The internet was not working at some point every day which meant the tv did not work. We also left an expensive item behind and called a few hours after leaving and told them exactly where the item was left so it could be gotten before anyone new checked in. Two days later they still have yet to “find” it and new guests have already checked in.
