Location was great, two spacious bedrooms and big kitchen were a bonus

The bathroom could have used a fan, as it developed a smell after a couple of days and there was no oven in the kitchen.

The apartment was clean and a decent size. AC worked well. It was pretty quiet, but you could hear people in other apartments quite easily and noise outside in the streets. Church bells went off almost every morning but it wasnt super disruptive as we weren't sleeping in much. The location was great as it was right near the tram as well as other locations we wanted to visit. A short walk and metro ride to our tour guide meeting locations. We did not cook so can't speak to it having all kitchen needs but it had everything we needed for our stay. Hosts were very responsive when I had questions and checked in on us via WhatsApp communication

The door handle to the apartment door was broken, however, you did not actually need it to get in and out with the key and deadbolt system but until we figured that out it was very disconcerting. Took a bit to figure out how to use the keys and unlock and lock the doors.

Amazing location and great facilities. Staff were amazing and so helpful. Lovely touches like the litle bag with washing powders etc

Excellent location .

Bathroom was very smelly. Roadworks outside loud and made it hard to enter and exit the property. There wasn’t anyone to greet us on arrival and we didn’t have WiFi and hadn’t received any information on how to get in at this point . Ended up having to phone them, thankfully was able to retrieve the number but would have been good to have had the codes and the entrance details earlier. Air conditioning in the bedroom made a noise and first night barely slept , had to turn it off and this made it very hot in this room .
