Family enjoyed a week at the Dolphin Watch in Miramar Beach. The location and layout of the home is top notch. Direct access to the beach. Everything you need to enjoy your time on the water. Lots of places to hang out depending on your mood.. under a beach umbrella, on the deck in the sun, under the deck away from the sun, or on the sectional on a rainy day. House has everything you may need for your stay. It is showing wear that you would expect from being on the beach, but that did not damper our enjoyment of the property. Would definitely rent here again.

Enjoyed our stay. Very clean. The home was well stocked with everything we needed. Perfect for our family of 8.

Decided we needed some sun after a rough, snowy mid-western January. A repeat annual visit to the Dolphin Watch rental was just what we needed. The home was equipped with everything we needed. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. We felt very secure in the house. Great location with lots of restaurants, shopping and golf courses in the area. The reservation process was quick and easy.

The house set directly on the beach which was great, 2 of the 4 large windows were permanently cloudy , we even went to the store and bought some glass cleaner and it made it no better so your view from the house looking out of the windows is limited! The oven in the kitchen was very slow to heat. The air-conditioning unit is extremely loud and hard to hear a conversation when it’s running. The upstairs third bedroom on the third floor has no Door and it is a loft with a very, very small shower.Positive things were being directly on the beach , the beach service, which provided two umbrellas and four chairs, which was very nice the outside shower and Hose were wonderful. The parking was nice and the solely beachfront went above and beyond to give us all the information on checking in checking out and I even left an item there that they’re mailing to me. To sum it all up we enjoyed our trip because it was family. The house needs updating.
