Stayed with a 7 year old daughter and 11 year old son. The location was so convenient being 7 minute walking distance, from the the Village and Gondola to Canyon Lodge so there was no need to drive the entire time in Mammoth. Great food options near by and easier than finding parking at the mountain.

We snagged a last min. reservation, just needed a small, comfy space. Studio is Tuscan style and comfy. I loved the pool! It is located in a great spot, could walk or bike places. It could use some updating on Kitchen wear but management company was responsive to our needs. I'd stay there again!

Great place to stay, nicely appointed. Comfortable and warm. Perfect location too. Hope to stay there again.

Overall, it was a nice place. Location is great. I had 2 minor issues and 1 big one. The big one is the smell. I think it's from the carpet. It's got that old musky smell when you first walk in. That just makes the whole place feel cheap. The other issue was the iron headboard. It made so much noise. Get rid of it or replace it. Everyone will thank you if you do. The last small issue is that it's dark. I stayed with 2 grown kids and had no problems. If my wife was with us, the smell would';ve been an issue. I found value in the location and liked the fact that I didn';t have to stay 3 nights.
