Without question, our 3-night stay at the Red Rose apartment was the highlight of our recent Italy trip. Everything about the stay; the apartment, the neighborhood, and - especially, the check-in process were truly outstanding. The property managers; Federico and Cristina, deserve the highest praise for their clear and precise communication over the months and days leading up to our arrival. That alone gave us the confidence that we'd made the right choice. We were not expecting though the almost 1 hour that Cristina spent with us on check-in going through with us everything about the apartment, where to go in Venice for great food and coffee, and what to see and do in the short time were going to be there. Here's some advice: throw your guidebooks away and just follow Cristina's recommendations! Every one of those (that we had time to experience) was simply amazing. (Her recommendation to take a day trip to Burano and Torcello - as well as her very clear instructions on how to get there, was especially helpful.)We are really looking forward to our next trip to Italy and already know that we'll be booking this apartment with Federico and Cristina again!
