We loved this rental. It had a great layout and location. The room layouts were perfect for both the adults and the kids. The screened in porch area was great morning noon and night. The entrance to the beach was across the street and allowed us to come and go easily.

Reviewer Comments:
As we have for the last 12 years, we enjoyed our stay at 113 W. Cape Shores. It was a delightful experience. The house is large, clean and conveniently located to the Bay and Pool. Our party of 8 couldn't have been more comfortable. And, again, as usual, Maureen Kyritsis at Berkshire Hathaway in Lewes was the consummate professional. We are already planning our 2025 stay with her. We give the house, BH and Maureen a 5 star rating!
