The most beautiful home we have ever stayed in! Loved the pool in the backyard. Short walk to the beach. They had everything we needed like beach towels, chairs, bookie boards, etc. The elevator was a god send! Hope to visit again soon.

Tony’s place is AMAZING. Stayed for a long weekend on a girls trip and we had the best time. The house easily fit all of us, it was immaculately clean, the views of the ocean were amazing, and the pool was the perfect cool down after the beach. I highly recommend this place - you will have a great time.

Our stay in Cocoa Beach was absolutely fantastic, and a huge part of that was thanks to Tony. From start to finish, he was an exceptional host—responsive, accommodating, and genuinely invested in making sure we had a great experience.The property was exactly as described (if not better), clean, comfortable, and perfectly located for enjoying everything Cocoa Beach has to offer. Tony went above and beyond with thoughtful touches and helpful recommendations that really made our trip special.It’s rare to come across a host who strikes the perfect balance between being attentive and giving guests their space, but Tony nailed it. We felt welcomed from the moment we arrived and taken care of throughout our stay.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this rental to anyone visiting Cocoa Beach. Thanks again, Tony, for an amazing trip!

The house was more than we needed and all in all very clean and well stocked with beach toys, and kitchen supplies. The location to the beach was excellent. Location in cocoa beach was excellent as well, very walkable to downtown. The weather was not the best and of course that can't be controlled, we did lose power at the house but that was due to unforeseen circumstances and the owner kept us informed on when power would be restored, which was soon. We would definitely recommend this house. We were a family of 4, but it can hold a lot more. Great pool area behind the house and the separate bungalow was great for our older daughter.Thanks Tony for a great stay.
