House was amazing. We have five kids, and they all had a blast. House was close to the beach, and everything we needed. The home was clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed. If we ever make it back to Cocoa Beach, we’re definitely staying there again.

Loved this home so clean and so cute will stay here again when back in Cocco beach , area is great and walking distance from most of the bars /restaurants

This is a great family vacation spot for us. Our kids had a great time in the pool and the close proximity to the beach was awesome. Leah was very responsive to all of our needs. I would recommend this property.

What a beautiful home and great beach retreat for our family. The location and house amenities are top notch. The kitchen is well supplied they thought about everything down to the small things that made the visit much more enjoyable than many other houses we've rented. Leah was an absolutely wonderful host…amazing communication during our entire stay! The attention to detail was much appreciated. This home had something for everyone from the adults to teenagers and even the toddlers the set up made for such an awesome time for the family. We loved the yummy welcome basket full of treats upon arrival…We would highly recommend this beach getaway to anyone…will not disappoint!!Rosa Perrone
