The host was very accommodating and responsive. It’s a wonderful property to have two families come together for a trip, we very much enjoyed it. A short walk to the beach and fun backyard to hang out in. We were able to watch a rocket launch from the beach and the 4th of July drone show from the upper deck, which were amazing. There are also some great restaurants just a short walk away.Unfortunately, there were many items broken that ultimately created disappointment and thus 4 out of 5 stars. Almost all of the beach items were broken, ping pong net (no ping pong balls), multiple game room items broken, dishwasher drawer, and oven that had a strong gas smell. Both families were disappointed with this part. Plus, the sheets on two beds had stains and a few hairs in them. The host did their best to make things right and had new clean sheets sent and changed for us, so they made it right. Ultimately, we all had a wonderful time and greatly enjoyed the trip.

Our family had a wonderful 5 star visit. The upstairs and downstairs kitchens were very convenient and well equiped. There was plenty of seating outside and in the shade. Host Adam was very responsive. The traffic controlled street crossing at 1st Street was a safe option walking to the beach. Plenty to things to do. 'A Day Away kayak tour' was a fascinating night time bioluminescent tour on the Banana River in clear-bottom kayaks. Allow a full day minimum if you go to the Space Center. We hope to visit again someday.

The layout of the house was great, with a smaller kitchen downstairs we used as a break area and the larger kitchen upstairs with plenty of room for everyone.The entertainment area with the cooking area, turf yard, and of course the swimming pool - it was hard to keep the kids out of that area. This was really unique.One item that can really make or break a vacation that you normally don't think about is the quality of the water pressure and hot water when everyone is trying to get ready at same time; the pressure always stayed strong and never ran out of hot water - this is also unique and rare.The beach was great and is about a 10 minutes walk.Not sure if we will be going back to Cocoa Beach; but if we do, we will definitely stay here again

Great time with the family. Very relaxing place. Had everything we needed. Walk to beach was easy and close. Host was wonderful. Highly recommend.
