Had a great family vacation!

Beautiful property in a perfect location. Easy walk to everything in Rosemary Beach. The townhome was very spacious and well equipped with every essential. Jeanine was an excellent communicator and quick to respond. We would easily stay there again.

Very family friendly. Host was helpful and responsive. Kitchen was well stocked! Great home for big group to fit comfortably

We love rosemary and booked this house for a little reunion with friends. Overall, the space was plenty big and accommodating when we arrived. Short walk to one of the pools and the beach isn’t too bad of a walk either. On our second day, we noticed a leak coming from a second floor bathroom. This is no fault of the owners or anyone else’s, things happen! Plumber and property manager came out came and closed access to one of the showers for the remainder of our trip. Understandably this needed to happen, but then we were down a bathroom when we had just enough for each family. This was a bummer and we were not offered anything in return for this inconvenience which we thought would’ve been nice and appropriate. We then had two families sharing a bathroom which was fine, just not what we paid for. Also had issues with the microwave and toaster not working while plugged into one of the walls. (Maybe a fuse was blown or something but the men couldn’t figure it out). We had to move the toaster to the floor to use it. Again, not the end of the world, but not super convenient either. Good space for sure, the many floors accommodates different families nicely, as long as everything is working well.
